Thunder Road Racing is located at Ivychurch, a small village in deepest darkest Romney Marsh - Thankfully its pretty easy to find with a small access road (Wenhams's Lane) leading from the A259 in Old Romney directly to it. Below is a zoomable map showing our location relative to London, the M20 / A2070 and a close up of Wenham's Lane.

Most people will probably be coming via the M20, if this is the case then the directions are....

• Leave M20 at junction 10 - this avoids going the trough Ashford town centre
• Follow signposts for Brenzett / Lydd Airport - You should end up on the A2070.
• Stay on the A2070 un till you get to the roundabout with a petrol station on it.
• Take the 1st exit at this roundabout - this takes you on to the A259 heading towards New Romney and Lydd
• Follow the A259 for about half a mile, until you come to some cross roads - Wenham's Lane is on the left, on the corner there is a house with a small brick wall out the front.
• If you are on the correct road (Wenham's Lane) you'll pass a steel structure, this is a radar beacon for Lydd airport.
• Keep going for about a mile and you'll see the track on the left. Parking is next to it.

The directions and maps should get you there, we'll also signpost the cross road as this is quite easy to miss. We've also risked life and limb at the side of a busy main road to get some photos of the junction to Wenham's Lane, these are below and can be clicked on for a larger view

This is the junction as approached from the Ashford Direction. It's easiest to use the house as a reference point.	Looking in to Wenham's lane from the opposite side of the junction - ignore the warning sign, the lane is a bit bumpy but nothing to worry about!	You can just see it in the middle photo but this steel structure is part way down Wenham's Lane, again it's a good reference point and can also be seen when heading from Old Romney.

From Folkestone / Dover way you can either use the M20 or travel trough Hythe, Dymchurch, New Romney etc via the A259 and head towards Brenzett. There are other routes to the track but please try to use Wenham's Lane as this avoids driving through the village - Ivychurch is only tiny and the residents wouldn't appreciate the extra traffic :-(
